A. You can fax, email or call the office nearest to you. We will require the dimensions of the product, the weight, the destination and how it is being transported. Once we have all the information we will supply you with a packaging solution.
A. Yes, we can. There are quite are large range of options available. Two examples are 1) we can provide traditional timber boxes with an anti-corrosive lining or 2) we can encapsulate your product with an UV stabilized anti corrosive shrink wrap. Integra Packaging is an agent for UNDER-RAPS™ and Intercept Technology ™. The products are state of the art and environmentally friendly. A. Integra Packaging currently does a wide variety of on site work. The work can range from constructing a number of large heavy duty timber boxes to protect mining machines weighing in excess of 10 tonnes. To assembling storage modules for freight forwarding companies and storage  companies. We provide all our own tools and can work on powered or un-powered sites. All our onsite work which is for export is covered by our offsite manufacturing certification from AQIS.
A. Good question and Yes we do. Dessicants play an important role in many packaging situations. We are a distributor of Sud-Chemie moisture absorbing products, which include the very effective Container Dri II dessicant. This particular type of product in the 125gm bag will absorb the same amount of moisture as approx 1kg of silicon!

A. ISPM 15 is the 'International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures Publication No. 15: Guidelines for Regulating Wood Packaging Material in International Trade'. ISPM 15 applies to coniferous (softwood) and non-coniferous (hardwood) raw wood packaging material that is used to export product. Any of these woods leaving the country must have the below marking.

An ISPM 15 compliant mark must include:

  • IPPC certification symbol
  • XX: represents the two letter ISO country code, AU for Australia
  • 000: represents the unique certification number issued by AQIS to the treatment provider or wood packaging  manufacturer. Inclusion of this certification number ensures that the wood packaging material can be traced back to the treatment provider and/or manufacturer.
  • YY: is the treatment abbreviation where: HT is the code for heat treatment to a minimum of 56o C for a minimum of 30 minutes or MB is the code for methyl bromide fumigation.
The letters ‘DB’ represent debarking. DB may be added to the abbreviation of the ISPM 15 approved treatment. For example, ‘HT DB’ represents heat treatment and debarking and ‘MBDB’ represents methyl bromide fumigation and debarking.The ISPM 15 compliant stamp may also include other information as NPPOs, producers and suppliers may choose to include additional information for the identification purposes.
